In this instance you will be billed for services.

Late Arrivals - call ASAP
As with cancelations, please call so I know you're ok. If you arrive late, your session may have to be shortened in order to fit the schedule. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full fee for the scheduled session.
