Therapeutic massage is an investment in your health and well-being.
We know how physical strain, pain, and stress negatively affect us by disrupting recuperative sleep, vital body system functioning, thinking and concentration, and all aspects of our lives. It's a vicious cycle and it's exhausting!
For many individuals a massage routine is ideal. For anyone first starting out, it's recommended to plan your first two sessions with a 7 to 14 day interim to create momentum in your healing journey. How often you receive massage is all about you and what really works. Between one and six weeks scheduling intervals is pretty typical depending on your unique situation.
The consecutive weekly massage plan you see listed here has been tried and proven within this practice since summer of 2024 with several individuals suffering severe conditions and we're satisfied with the results, to say the least!
Why five sessions? You've been "training" to be in the state your in for a while. So, while you'll find an eight to ten session treatment plan is standard (and for sound reason), we've adapted this five session plan simply to let you see a clear change without long-term commitment. Evolution takes time and consistency.

~ Minors must be accompanied by a legal caregiver for the duration of the massage. A general health screening is required upon intake. The therapist has the right to reject or release a client from care when it is in the best interest of the client or the therapist.
