Feel Better - Be Better!
Summer and Massage in a Nutshell

Hello, all.  I'd like to start by first telling you that I take my job very seriously. I'm here to help and to heal.  My goal is not to impress, amaze (or confuse) you with a list of techniques I've learned but rather to effectively use my skills and experience to accurately assess your unique situation to facilitate your healing journey, and to help keep you going for as long as you need.  I work with people experiencing general stress and fatigue, chronic pain, as well as pre- and post-operative situations, and everything in between. You see me when you're having trouble moving around, with or without pain, or to calm distracting generalized tension.  You ESPECIALLY see me if you have headaches, joint pain, joint immobilization. AND, you may want to see me before, during or after pregnancy.  Please, contact me if you have questions or aren't sure if I am the right therapist for you.

You'll want to know that, as a massage therapist, I do not directly administer spinal adjustments or any other joint repositioning. If your joints pop or click during a massage, it should be because the body is subsequently responding and adjusting to the relaxation of soft tissues such as muscle and fascia.

Since June 2013, I am nationally certified and licensed  to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. Before deciding on this career path I was encouraged by friends and family to pursue a career in therapeutic massage. They seemed to believe had a natural talent. They were right!  After graduating the 1080 clock-hour massage therapy program from Great Lakes Institute of Technology, I began my journey as a professional within the chiropractic setting, and also spent about a year in the day spa atmosphere. I now also offer massage therapy in my own private practice, established Jan. 2016, to best meet your needs for comfort and consistency.  It's peaceful.  Please, feel free to ask any questions about my education, licensure, or professional experience.

Lastly. if your new to massage therapy, or even if you've had a negative experience in the past, I'd like to assure you that your comfort and the results from your sessions with me are of the utmost importance. Please, don't be afraid. Call me. We'll talk.

I'm always eager to meet new people, I am happy to talk on the phone or meet face-to-face in order to answer any questions and establish a trusting, professional relationship, and to help get you on the path to being pain-free, stress-free, and to just feel better! You can do it!
