Cancelation Policy
If you need to change your appointment, you must notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled massage session to avoid being billed for the session. Late cancellations will be billed 50 percent of the session fee.

No-shows
In this instance you will be billed for scheduled services.

Late Arrivals - call ASAP
As with cancelations, please call so we know you're ok. If you arrive late, your session may have to be shortened in order to fit the schedule. In this instance, egardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible for the full fee for the scheduled session.
